Welcome to Wize Owl Bread, where every loaf is crafted with the finest organic ingredients right here in Jupiter, FL. Founded by Piama Gilbert, a passionate bread maker (and eater!) with arctic Alaskan roots, WOB features densely seeded, slow fermented, whole grain loaves inspired by an ancient Scandinavian tradition.
