I've been an avid baker for more than a decade, starting in a tiny apartment in college and taking me all the way to New York City. Baking is my solace at the end of a hard day, and what I look forward to on long weekends. I love to try out recipes from different countries and cultures, and when I'm cooking for myself I never make the same dish twice.
