My name is Denise and I am behind and in front of Two Stirs & A Lick Dessert Studio. My love of baking started in my great-grandmother's kitchen at a young age. I didn't truly start baking until a few years into my military career. My time overseas allowed me to bring just a bit of home cooking to my friends. Once I exit the military, I decided to fine-tune my skills by attending The Arts Institute of Phoenix. I obtained a Certificate in Pastry & Baking. The concept of Two Stirs began in 2010 and became official in 2012. Over the years, I have provided desserts for birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, house warmings, open houses, unofficial holidays, holidays, and just because. My menu ranges from decorated cakes and cookies to the simple chocolate chip cookie or pound cake. No inventory is kept on hand, so what you get is freshly baked.
