When I found out that my oldest son had severe food allergies, I realized that I would have to re-imagine all of my beloved recipes. After many failed attempts, I finally came up with the perfect mix of ingredients! I started out small, only baking for immediate family and friends; but as more and more tried my desserts, I began to receive beautiful reactions and an overwhelming amount of requests for my products.
