A 12-inch cookie cake from The Cookie Cakery by Shay is great for pictures and memories due to the unique personalization of the iced sugar cookies on top, giving the cake a three-dimensional look. Made in small batches, a fresh and delicious cookie cake can feed your crowd without breaking the bank. You get more than a cookie, and more than a cake. About My Online Store: There are two main areas of my online store: Shop : Here is where you can purchase cookie cakes with a given theme, which is usually seasonal (Easter, Valentine’s, Mother’s/Father’s Day, etc). These will be changed out often. They are not highly personalized, but still some choices. Custom : When you want to customize each detail of your cookie cake to fit your unique event. If you like a cookie cake in the “gallery” section, please go to the “custom order” section and drop the pic of it there within that section.Then, you can personalize and make any changes you need by answering the questions you’ll be prompted to answer. About your cookie cake: Your 12-inch custom cookie cake—which generously feeds 16—will come in a 14X14 sturdy box. Current options for the cookie cake base are chocolate chip, M&M, and fudge chunk brownie. In accordance with the cottage industry food law of Arkansas, a label on your box will include all of the required information. About Delivery/Pickup: I will deliver free to anyone within a 10 mile radius of my home, or will meet you at a convenient spot. Cookie cakes cannot be shipped. About “Shay”: My dad called me “Shay” and since his passing, I sure miss hearing that. So, I incorporated my dad's nickname for me into my business name. I’ve been making cookie cakes for family and friends for many years. It was natural for me to build upon that base and make my cookie cakes even more special by adding custom iced sugar cookies to match any given theme. In addition to baking, I am a dyslexia therapist in a local school district. Therefore, my availability is a tad more limited during the school year. I make as many as I am able to handle, and I love making them!
