I not only enjoyed them fresh from the oven, I had some at room temperature with an ice cold glass of almond milk, and she gave me my very own batch of cookie dough, which I enjoyed raw.

Miya tailored her usual recipe to my dietary restriction. Believe it or not I can't eat oat products. Crazy right? Anyway, I don't know how she did it but these cookies were the best cookies I've ever eaten - seriously.

"First, let me say I am not vegan, and I don't have any food allergies (except for hot peppers), so if anything, I would likely be biased against any kind of label like vegan or gluten-free, etc. With that disclaimer in place - WOW! I truly have enjoyed being on the "inside-track" of tasting Miya's creations! I especially enjoy her chocolate chip mini-cookies. If she hadn't told me they were vegan, I would've never known (and I'm a CookieCrisp, Chips Ahoy kind of guy!). The cookies are appropriately sweet with a hint of salty, crisp but not hard, and truly do melt in your mouth! The flavor is akin to Toll House! I highly recommend her baked goods!"

The two varieties I tried were chocolate chip and snickerdoodle, both of which exceeded my expectations.
