In late 2020, I came across a book by Dikla Levy Frances called Baking Science , covering a general foundation of how ingredients work together. I began to apply her techniques to gluten and dairy-free recipes and learned the nuances of this dietary baking style. In 2023, Sweet Tone's Desserts was born! Our values Sweet Tone's Desserts is a women-owned and small-batch baking business, crafting gluten and dairy-free treats with a rustic touch.
