Meet Rachel – The Heart Behind Sourdough & Schamp Hi, I’m Rachel! I run Sourdough & Schamp , a small-batch, home-based bakery right here in Brighton, Colorado. What started as a passion project quickly turned into a full-blown love affair with wild yeast, crusty loaves, and cozy kitchen creations.
