My name is Nikki, and I am the proud owner of this home bakery. I am passionate about providing delicious gluten-free treats to my family and my customers. My journey to gluten-free baking began in 2012 when my daughter was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance. At the time, I had no idea how much our lives would change, but I was determined to create delicious gluten-free baked goods that our family could enjoy. Over the years, I have spent countless hours in the kitchen testing and perfecting recipes. I have tried numerous ingredients and techniques to ensure that my treats are not only gluten-free but also taste just as good, if not better, than their gluten-filled counterparts. After years of perfecting my recipes, I am confident that you will love my gluten-free treats as much as we do. Starting this business has been a dream of mine for several years. However, it wasn't until several friends and family members encouraged me that I finally got the courage to step out in faith and pursue my passion.
