Hi there everyone!

My name is Allijah Roland (nickname Alli) and I am from the Pittsburgh PA area. My love for cooking originated with my grandma whom at a young age began to show and teach me things about working in her kitchen at home. I love large family gatherings and seeing everyone enjoy the food we worked on together. Due of my grandmother, I began to really find solace in the kitchen even when things outside of it seemed to be in disarray and cooking became my therapy.

My current focus is sweet and savory goodies and I make a variety of different things! For my sweet menu-, it consists of pound cakes, cheesecakes, customized cakes, cookies and brownies. I like to make creative spins on desserts and think outside of the box! For my savory menu, I make a variety of different foods including soups and pot pies in the fall and winter and different varieties of dips in the spring and summer. I plan to work towards getting a food truck, a café and also a vending machine with mini pound cakes inside of it! I am currently a home based cook and I have high hopes of expansion to a storefront. The sky is the limit and I am hoping to leave behind a legacy for my children and community.
