Owned by passionate baker Erin Avery, she is committed to creating only the finest quality, gourmet stuffed cookies. I started baking during a time of sadness in my life. It was fun and allowed me to escape in a sweet way. Later I baked for my daughter's birthday party and found happiness in the joy I saw in my guests as they indulged. Cookies are fun.
