Welcome to Purely Park Sourdough! I'm Kimberly Park, owner and baker of all things sourdough and homemade locally here in Wesley Chapel! 🤎🍞🫶🏼One of the reasons Purely Park Sourdough was created is because of my children. I've always made them fresh foods and treats to control the ingredients and avoid extra additives. Then we discovered one of our daughters had severe allergies. I was on a mission to provide her with safe food and began cooking and baking her creations. 🥦🥒🥕We source all of our produce from our local farm Boyette Family Farms🚜 and it makes it super easy! 🍞Bread was a major issue for us because one of our daughters is allergic to wheat! 🌾That is why I began baking every single thing and trying multiple recipes to provide, crackers, snacks, treats, and various baked goods that would be safe for her and our other children to enjoy. 🍞Sourdough bread is a healthier alternative to regular white or whole wheat bread. Although it has comparable nutrients, the lower phytate levels mean it is more digestible and nutritious. The prebiotics also help to keep your gut bacteria happy, and it may be less likely to spike blood sugar levels. Gluten free sourdough was our first priority but I also wanted to share my baking with others. 💥And that is how Purely Park Sourdough was created! 🌾So now I have a bread company because of a wheat 🌾 allergy. 😂 Anything is possible my friends, even tasty 😋 gluten free sourdough bread. 🍞🤎🫶🏼 🫶🏼Thanks so much for being a part of our healthy journey!
