Good Morning all! (as it is always morning in my world) I am a cottage food producer currently located in Crystal, Minnesota. I have been a pastry chef since graduating culinary school in 2010, and running my own farmers market stand since 2016. In March 2023 I had my first child and decided to finally quit working for others and focus on my micro bakery and baby full time. So here we are! I center around what goes best with a cup of coffee or tea and specialize in breakfast/brunch items, but can expand to simple cakes and other specialty desserts with catering available for groups up to 50 people currently. One day soon I hope to expand to selling more items from my homestead, but currently I have no consistent produce, eggs, or meat available.
