Welcome to Pink Angel Bakery! My name is Racheal, and I'm the heart and hands behind this home bakery. Our story began with a young girl, a conversation with her beloved grandmother known as Mega (pronounced mee-gah) , and a whimsical idea about angels. One December evening, as they read a bedtime story together, the little girl imagined angels adorned in pink instead of white, watching over them with gentle care. This enchanting vision stayed with her, becoming a symbol of love, protection, and the magic that surrounds us. As a stay-at-home mom turned artisan sourdough bread baker, I’m thrilled to share my passion for baking with you. Mega was a remarkable woman, known for her incredible wedding cakes that brought joy to countless celebrations and her legacy is the foundation upon which Pink Angel Bakery is built. Her baking skills and creativity were legendary, and her love for the craft deeply inspired me. Though she is now my Pink Angel in heaven, her spirit lives on in every loaf of sourdough bread I bake. I aim to infuse the same love, dedication, and artistry into my creations that Mega did in hers. My goal is to bring a touch of that magic to your table, making every bite a delightful experience. As I continue on this journey, I hope to inspire my own daughters just as Mega inspired me.
