You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too!

Delivery Clause

Delivery can be an option if you live within 10 miles of my home. (I love a good drive bonus if that drive is past a Starbucks!) We will determine the best way to get your cookies to you, no worries1!

Pick-up Dates and Times

Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! However, we are flexible and no cookies need to go homeless! :)

No show = No cookies

Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 48 hours prior to your pickup time.

Change Cutoff

Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made until 5 days after ordering (unless it's a rush order). After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

Inspiration

Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas – our cookies are one-of-a-kind pieces of cookie art. We’ll try to keep it close.

In a hurry?

While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee commensurate with the design and amount of your order.

Price Adjustments

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices – darn it).

Refunds

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed and your order scheduled.

Product Photography

Say Cheese!! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.

Pictures are worth a thousand words

But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is important to remember...I personally wouldn't want to tackle an 8.5" x 11"cookie!!)

Order Minimums I require a minimum of 1 dozen for custom orders! Need fewer? Ask me what I have available!

It’s All Yours Now. Once you pick up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from hungry pets.

Ship Shape!

As much as I would love to hand deliver each and every batch, unfortunately, I often need the help of USPS. I do my best to package these cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also – while I ship Priority, I can’t guarantee that “rain, sleet, snow or hail” won’t delay your order. Refunds can’t be offered – but know that they’re on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.

No Ghosts(I’m easily spooked). To get your order juuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within 24 hours – otherwise, I may just have to wing it (not that I can’t, or course!). Questions for me? Please give me about 12-24 hours to reply – I’m usually covered in dough! Achoo!

Allergies?

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders.

Cottage Food Laws

This order has been made in a home kitchen. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law.

Weather Clause

If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be saved for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain), but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

Pay means Yay!Once you’ve submitted (awesome) payment for your (awesome) order because you’re awesome, you’re accepting the above terms. Which is awesome because my cookies are awesome. Awesome!

Liability

Pam The Baker is not responsible for bodily injury, property or consequential damage, which may result from products/services provided.
