Oso Good meals are prepared by a professional chef and intentionally crafted: Gluten-free, Grain-free, and Allergy-friendly* - with Dairy-free options to support Paleo, Keto, Celiac, and Diabetic lifestyles, always Clean Eats. *Most recipes can be easily modified with special care taken to prevent any cross-contamination* NEW menus are released every TUESDAY Order each week between TUE thru FRI at 12 pm for MONDAY pick up in El Mirage All items are prepared by a professional chef; made from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients, hand-selected for optimal flavor and health benefits. Each menu is thoughtfully and intentionally crafted, choosing dishes that are not only healthy and tasty, but also reheat well to keep you nourished throughout the week without any compromise. Everything is grain-free (except for a few seasonal items), gluten-free, mostly dairy-free (offering the occasional dairy-full option), mostly low-carb, and sugar-free- using only a monk fruit + erythritol blend, made with good-for-you fats (avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil, and the occasional use of grass-fed butter or ghee), and always OSO good. We source as many foods locally as possible, and proudly support small businesses in AZ.
