About Meze Mania Founded by Rob Kabel, Meze Mania is a home-based catering service born from a lifelong passion for cooking as a true form of art. Since the age of 16, Rob has immersed himself in culinary traditions from around the world, refining his craft and collecting cherished techniques and flavors along the way. Specializing in artisanal Israeli and Middle Eastern cuisine, every dish is thoughtfully prepared using traditional family recipes and infused with love. We use only high-quality, kosher ingredients, and proudly follow the kashrut standards of the CRC and OU, including meticulous vegetable washing and ingredient sourcing. All offerings are parve , unless otherwise noted.
