Sliced fresh oranges, sugar, and cardamom, slowly simmered down into a thick, tart marmalade.

Great to use as a glaze on poultry and fish (try it on salmon!), on your morning English muffin, or right out of the jar. Like I do.

Each jar is 6 oz. Shelf stable, canned this week (10/17/22) to last a year in your pantry or a few weeks after opening in your fridge.
