I am a cottage baker that handcrafts my breads and pastries using a combination of modern technology (electric mixers) and traditional (hand kneading) styles. I prefer to use traditional recipes for my products, and many of these recipes have been passed down through the family. Others are traditional recipes that I have researched and found to meet my specifications for introducing great products to my local area.
