My Story
Welcome to Iris Baking Company! I'm Casey, proudly serving customers in the Fort Collins area. My home bakery was inspired by both of my grandmothers, one who loved to bake, and the other, who had quite the sweet tooth. My grandmother (I called her Grandma in Tennessee), Iris, loved to bake and shared many of these recipes. I wanted to continue to share them with you. I use many baking tools and recipes that go back generations, so you know each item I make is prepared with care and love.
