Welcome to Flavorful eats. I'm Executive Chef Monica, a New York native with parents born in the Dominican Republic and Trinidad. I relocated to the Raleigh area a few years ago. I started my career in culinary in 2008. A graduate of the Arts institute of NY in 2009. With over 10+ years of experience and gaining a mistiq set of skills which allows me to create memories, and put smiles on my customers face.
