Welcome to Feather & Crumb Bakery! I'm Shannon, proudly serving customers in the Rockdale and surrounding areas. I started baking bread to have a healthier alternative where I am in control of the ingredients and what I'm feeding my family. For us, it's important right now to try and incorporate more gut-friendly foods as we try to veer away from ultra processed options. I love baking with my beloved sourdough starter as well as commercially yeasted breads too. Bread is beautiful <3 I'll have staple items that will be available each week as well as a cast of revolving characters.
