Faithful Baking

In August of 2020 I needed something (didn't we all?!). So, I began to brainstorm ideas. House renovations, nope - purchasing properties to manage, nope. Open a home bakery - YES!! I began some research on how to do this. I knew I wanted to keep baking (my family was O.V.E.R. all of my stuff!) I thought, well, why not start a little page on Facebook and let my friends & family know this was in the works. I figured this would give me a little to do each month, keep dabbling with flour and sugar and fulfill my interest in learning more of this craft. Low and behold - here we are and Faithful Baking has just been more than could ever be imagined. Why "Faithful Baking"? Because I am faithful to Jesus Christ - because of Him I have a beautiful family (and countless other reasons, too many examples to list here). I am faithful that he really has a plan for us all - a plan to prosper us and not to harm us, a plan that gives us hope and a future (Jer. 29:11). If we listen closely, he will share this plan with us. Every day I practice listening - boy is that hard as I would love just to do my own thing. I currently specialize in custom ordered cakes, cupcakes and decorated sugar cookies. I am working to expand to more "every day" needs - think chocolate chip cookies and sourdough bread.
