We are a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Our journey started when we found out our oldest child had approximately 75 food allergies at age 2. 16 years later, our child has outgrown a majority of the allergies but still has to avoid gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, flax, and shellfish. While it is much better than it was, this is still a lot of allergies and foods to avoid! I had to get creative very quickly and thus Dulce Nulla was born. I definitely understand having food restrictions and am extremely careful about the items that come into and leave my kitchen. Rest assured, your order will be handled expertly.
