I'm a Certified Home Baker on Mare Island operating under California's Cottage Food Law. I have a culinary degree & completed my externship under world renowned pastry chef Jacques Torres, also known the globe over as 'Mr. Chocolate'.

During the pandemic I found myself baking quite often, & I rediscovered how much I love it. I finally decided to launch Dolci Di Mare from my home here on Mare Island in Northern California.

I bake each order from scratch upon request & conveniently offer pick-up or delivery. I plan to host Pop-Up Bake Sales & visit local Bay area Farmer's Market at some point in the future. I use fresh, high quality & locally sourced ingredients whenever possible; and, I hope to incorporate artisanal heritage flours in the future.

I love to make old fashioned & modern recipes with all the 'good stuff' (butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla & even distilled spirits sometimes. Nothing like a little hint of good bourbon!);
