CIAOBELLAKITCHEN is a cottage permit licensed micro bakery from home where I develop pastries and cakes mixing Italian old-school recipes with flavors that I discover wherever I go and eat around the world. I am dessert-obsessed and have a long list of pastry shops for every place I have been. CIAOBELLAKITCHEN was born as a food blog to preserve my culinary heritage of the south of Italy. CBK is transforming into something new as I am evolving into someone new. Change is not indecision; it is moving (felt to share this pearl of wisdom). I am also a creative consultant and developer of creative products for businesses to raise engagement and sales, and I have a lot of fun doing it for my own brand.
