At our small farm in Christmas, FL, we believe food is meant to be enjoyed. That's why we grow or source the highest quality ingredients possible and carefully produce everything in small batches. We want you to feel good about what you're eating, and we know that you'll taste the difference in our products.

Our Story

Our story begins with our grandparents. They were farmers who loved to cook and share their food with others. We grew up watching them in the kitchen, and we learned a lot about the importance of using fresh, quality ingredients. This simple theme carried over to the dinner table, which was always surrounded by friends and family.

When we were able, we started growing a lot of our own food. We wanted to create a home environment where people could come to enjoy good food and good company. Our friends and family loved our food and that's when we decided we wanted to share it with more people. That's when Christmas Mills and Roastery was born.

Commitment to Quality

We produce most of our products by hand and in small batches. We grow and stone-grind both speckled and red dent corn on our farm in Christmas, FL, using organic methods. When necessary, we supplement it with yellow corn from Great River Organic Milling.

Our grits are a blend of both yellow and red corn, and you'll find our cornbread mix contains corn meal and einkorn flour. Einkorn flour is a non-GMO, non-hybridized ancient grain with an easily digestible gluten.

Our raw, unfiltered honey comes from hives in East Orange county, FL, where bees have access to seasonal blooms, like orange blossoms and wildflowers.

And our coffee is always slow roasted in small batches and we use only ethically-sourced, organic coffee beans.
