Our goal is to roast only ethically sourced coffee beans. This Honduran coffee is organic, single origin, and comes from the Pacavita Reserva coffee farm in western Honduras. The coffee is sourced through Genuine Origin, which works directly with coffee farmers to assist and train them in sustainable production techniques and good agronomy practices.

Beans are roasted to a medium dark level that we feel best highlights the flavor of the coffee (light notes of almond and citrus with a hint of chocolate). If you prefer a different roast level just let us know in the Notes field when you check out. Each order consists of one 10-ounce bag of artisanal coffee and is available whole bean or ground. We suggest brewing this lovely coffee using a french press or pour over technique, but any way you brew it we promise it will be amazing.
