Christina’s Baking Studio

Hi! I’m Christina and welcome to my baking studio! One could say that my start was in my youth, as I grew up in a family that loved to entertain at home. While our home was modest in size, the love was grand, and attention to detail was never spared when it came to baking. Holiday gatherings were events our guests would look forward to, and making all of our desserts from scratch was part of the package. With parents from Greece and Germany, I was exposed to some pretty yummy goodies, but exposure wasn’t limited to items from their homelands. Maintaining cultural traditions is important to me, but so is trying something new. It was years later when I made my first batch of cut-out cookies with royal icing—which were a gift I was sending to my (then boyfriend) now husband. After we got married, I experimented with recipes and techniques, but with the start of a new family, while the baking studio idea kept brewing, it took a back seat for a while. My husband grew up in a Greek family that also loved to entertain, so we have both continued our traditions. It has been a joy creating for family and friends, our kids’ birthdays and traditional items for holiday celebrations, but it wasn’t until 2020 that Christina’s Baking Studio was finally launched. With my baked creations I love being a part of someone’s holiday, celebration or even small gathering/intimate dinner. We don’t always have the time to make a special dessert on our own, and I’m happy to create that for you. I hope that you can also feel the love I pour into every item. High quality ingredients are a priority for me…organic butter, non-gmo flour, real vanilla extract and more. I look forward to being a part of your celebrations and gatherings..large and small. :)
