My Story
Growing up in a vibrant cooking environment, fueled by my grandma's passion for cooking, I quickly learned to appreciate the joy of preparing food that brings people together. I started in the food industry at 15 years old in a hibachi and sushi restaurant. After completing my culinary arts degree at South Plains College, I started working at some of Lubbock’s favorite restaurants, including Burklee Hill and Claraboya Scratch Kitchen and Bar.
