Welcome to Casita Mia!  Every dish we create reflects my journey—rooted in the cherished moments spent in the kitchen with my mom, crafting meals for my siblings, and learning from my beloved Abuela. Our culinary adventures have been enriched by our family's travels around the world, allowing us to experience diverse cultures and cuisines. From culinary school to joyful meal preparations with my wife and children and 22 years of service in the United States Army, each flavor tells a story.
