My Story
Welcome to Birdsong Bakery! I'm Ashley, happily serving home baked bread and deserts for friends and family in the Canby area. I've always loved eating bread (sometimes more than the main meal!) so I starting learning how to bake in early 2023. I've made white bread, naan, focaccia, English muffins, soft pretzels, pretzel bites, dinner rolls, bagels, and scones. My husband loves desert, so I've learned how to make sugar cookies, cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies, muffins, cupcakes, angel food cake, and mixed berry cobbler.
