Welcome to Beyond the Kitchen. I'm Chef Patrick and I would love to be able to help you juggle the hectic fast paced life that most of us seem to be maneuvering through out our journey. Speaking of Journeys, I am so excited to be able to service those in the city I was born in, Colorado Springs.

I have traveled along the front range as a personal chef, Executive Sous chef at Mountain Resort in Beaver Creek, also an executive chef in Atlanta, Georgia, and a private chef for a musician and his family in Nashville, Tennessee. I feel it has given me the opportunity to see the country differently not just geographically but also experiencing other countries + cultures through food, the true universal language. My schooling and training has been more refined and traditional (french), but I love how cooking gives me the freedom to combine all of my favorite places along my journey and share them with others. This has allowed me to be creative and combine techniques and flavors to tie them all together.
