Welcome to Avant-graze Charcuterie! I'm Catherine, aka Shae, proudly serving customers in the IE/LA/OC areas. I've always had a passion for food and flavors, and as a former makeup artist, my aesthetic eye and crafty hands led me to charcuterie-styling. You can say I was taking pictures of my food way before it became a thing, so delicious food that not only tastes amazing MUST look amazing.
